What ever it is you would like to achieve as an individual, group, team, club or organisation, competing at any level. We can formulate and implement realistic strategies and programs that will  identify and provide you with  the necessary tools and resourses required to see you succeed.            INJURY MANAGEMENT

Automatically the subject of 'Injury Management' conjures up all sorts of negativity and images of physical pain,  weeks or months spent in physiotherapy and disapointment. When in reality what it really represents is, taking care of 'Business'.

Having a Pro active approach to your recovery will see you spend more time doing the things that you enjoy most, with efficency and consistency. We can implement a management strategy specificly designed and continuously adjusted to meet your needs.

 

           SPORTS SPECIFIC COACHING & PROGRAMING

This is where we can work with you to improve your performance using a variation of strategies specific to your goals and needs. We will achieve this by breaking down and understanding the athletic requirements and physical demands of your sport and or position/role.  It is important to have a sound understanding of the structure to which the game is played. By  assessing/testing you in a number of areas that will include, but are not restricted to....Postural analysis, Functional Movement (Positional /Sport specific), Time and Motion, Anatomical Adaption, Strength, Speed and Agility and  Power

           NUTRITION AND RECOVERY 

​Achieving your goals and dreams requires a combination of activites and events to be embraced and continuously adjusted on a daily basis. Advice on what may be best for you can be found wihtin our pages and links.  Our advise will be sourced from industry leaders and will be provided to you as 'advice'. While we only source nutritional information from credible sources such as, professional associations, university and government research documents & web sites such as...The AIS, Nutrition Australia etc. 

In the case where you require specialist advice, we recommend that you consult a dietician and or appropriately qualified allied health professional.
